2. Essential Characteristics of the Service
The service purchased is the right to use a software platform providing risk analysis and reporting on blockchain addresses. The number of queries included in the package is credited to your account once payment is approved.
The package name, number of queries, validity period and VAT-inclusive total are shown to you on the order summary screen before payment.
3. Price and Payment
Prices published on the website are sale prices and include VAT. For buyers resident in Türkiye the price is collected in Turkish Lira. Payment is taken as a single charge by credit card through the secure infrastructure of our payment institution. Your card details are never seen or stored by us.
No separate shipping, delivery or transaction fee is charged.
4. Manner and Time of Performance
The service is performed instantly by electronic means. Once payment is approved your queries are credited automatically and you may begin using the service immediately. There is no physical delivery.
5. Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, no right of withdrawal applies to contracts for services performed instantly by electronic means. By confirming the order you accept that the service will be performed instantly and that no right of withdrawal arises.
Nevertheless, first-time customers are offered a 7 (seven) day commercial refund guarantee. Details are set out on the Cancellation and Refund Terms page.
6. Invoice
The invoice is issued electronically following payment approval, based on the details declared in your billing profile, and sent to your e-mail address. The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the invoicing details.
7. Complaints and Objections
You may submit requests and complaints to info@oxskyt.com. In the event of a dispute you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court at your place of residence, within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.
8. Confirmation
By confirming your order you declare that you have read, understood and accepted this Preliminary Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement.
